O Despertar de Lilith é um filme de arte, um thriller psicológico que conta a história de Lucy, uma mulher sexualmente reprimida presa num casamento sem amor e num trabalho insípido no posto de gasolina de seu pai em uma pequena cidade do Iowa. A empolgação de sua existência vem à noite, quando ela sonha com uma mulher bonita e misteriosa que assombra a floresta perto de sua modesta casa. Uma noite, um mecânico que trabalha para seu pai ataca Lucy, despertando nela uma força obscura incontrolável. Quando ele a obriga a prometer de encontrá-lo mais tarde, em seu refúgio na floresta, pode ser a garota dos sonhos dela - e não a dele - que aparece para o destino fatídico.

Lilith’s Awakening is a psychological horror art film that tells the story of Lucy, a sexually repressed woman trapped in a loveless marriage and a dead-end job at her father’s service station in a small Iowa town. The highlight of her existence comes at night, when she dreams of a mysterious and beautiful woman who haunts the woods outside her modest home. One night, a mechanic who works for her father forces himself on Lucy, awakening in her an uncontrollable dark force. When he makes her promise to meet him later at his hideaway in the woods, it may be the girl of her dreams – not his – who shows up for the fateful rendezvous.
